- New central heating and hot water system
- New bathrooms main, en suite and downstairs WC
- Fully tile floors downstairs
- Create patio area complete with walls and steps
- Block pave driveway
- New gutters, fascias and soffits
- Fully re-plastered
- New insulation
- Drainage alterations
This project took approximately 16 weeks from start to finish.
