Garage Conversion Project, Barnsley
We have just completed this garage conversion project in Darfield, Barnsley, changing the old garage into a new family dining room.
This included removing the garage door and bricking the front up with a new window and then converting the inside into a liveable room. Part of this work included building an internal stud wall so that the single brick garage wall could be insulated and prevent damp. Some double doors were then knocked through so that the dining room joined into the kitchen.
The family can now enjoy a large dining room, both for the whole family and for entertaining guests.
This project took approximately four weeks from start to finish and all the work inside and outside was carried out by Nu Build.
