Structural Repairs with Concrete Lintels, Rotherham
NuBuild were asked to make some structural repairs to some flats in Rotherham. We needed to replace some old concrete lintels which had started to become structurally unsound and a health and safety issue for the residents who occupy the flats in Rotherham. Pieces of concrete where starting to fall off and could have caused a serious injury.
NuBuild attended and replaced them with some new steel lintels. Due to the complexity of the job it required a lot of planning on how best to deal the with problem and get the old lintels down and new ones in place. The new lintels are now fitted and have been cladded in UPVC.
